Fees are per entry, in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Submit by the early-bird deadline to receive the reduced rate.

Support is available through the Small Magazine Rebate and Freelancer Support Fund. Visit each program for eligibility and details.
How to pay
Payment deadline: March 1, 2027. Entries with outstanding payments after this date cannot be sent for judging.
Include your invoice number with every payment, including payments through Zeffy, so we can match it to your entries.
- Interac e-transfer: send payment to staff@magazine-awards.com.
- Zeffy: our payment partner covers credit card processing fees, allowing the Foundation to receive your full payment. Any contribution to Zeffy at checkout is optional. The payment link will be added here before the Call for Entries opens.
- PayPal: pay online.
Foundation Award for Outstanding Achievement
This award has a separate deadline: March 1, 2027.
Nominations submitted after the January 18 online submission deadline must be emailed to staff@magazine-awards.com.
