Writing & Visual Awards
- Regular: $125 each + HST
- Early Bird: $115 each + HST
Editorial & Best Magazine Awards
- Regular: $150 each + HST
- Early Bird: $130 each + HST
Hard copies must be received no later than January 23, 2026.
Accessibility Support
To ensure that our awards programs are accessible to a broad range of publications as well as independent writers and visual creators, we are pleased to offer a Small Magazine Rebate and Freelancer Support Fund.
Foundation Award for Outstanding Achievement
Entries submitted after the online submission deadline must be emailed to staff@magazine-awards.com

Payment
We request payment by either PayPal or Interac e-Transfer to staff@magazine-awards.com. Your payment must include your invoice number.
If paying by cheque is your only option, attach or staple the cheque to a copy of your invoice and notify us to expect a cheque.
We cannot be responsible for matching e-transfers or cheques that arrive without an invoice number. Entries with payments not received by February 13, 2026 can NOT be sent for judging.
