Position: Soccer Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $19–$66/hour
Commitment: Games which are to be worked upon would be shared 24 to 72 hours before the game time.
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate live soccer games and review AI-generated play-by-play commentary and post-game analysis.
- Score the accuracy, insight, and entertainment value of AI sports coverage.
- Assess the AI’s understanding of player performance, game flow, and strategic decisions.
- Detect factual mistakes, poor interpretations, or stylistic inconsistencies in AI outputs.
- Provide clear written feedback highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to enhance the AI’s soccer-specific reasoning and realism.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Soccer Expertise: Deep understanding of the game through playing, coaching, commentating, or passionate fandom.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate soccer strategies, narratives, and statistical insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong written English and ability to clearly articulate nuanced soccer insights.
- Tech Readiness: Comfortable using online evaluation tools and dashboards.
