Award-Winning Magazine: The Walrus

The Walrus is a national general interest magazine about Canada and its place in the world. Published by The Walrus Foundation, the magazine is committed to presenting the best work by the best writers and artists from Canada and elsewhere, on a wide range of topics for curious readers.

The Walrus has won numerous National Magazine Awards over the years, including most recently for Long-Form Feature Writing (Brett Popplewell, writer) and Illustration (illustrators Cristian Fowlie and SΓ©bastien Thibault won Gold and Silver respectively). The magazine also received an honourable mention for Best Magazine: News, Business & General Interest.
