Finalists announced for 60th Kenneth R. Wilson Awards

The 60th anniversary edition of the Kenneth R. Wilson Awards for B2B magazine publishing will be held on June 3 in Toronto, and today Canadian Business Press announced the finalists [PDF].
CAmagazine leads all publications with 19 nominations, followed by Professionally Speaking (12), University Affairs and CMA Magazine (9 each), Marketing (7) and Up Here Business (6).
Vying for the title of Magazine of the Year are:
Professional Division: BCBusiness, Marketing, Professionally Speaking
Trade Division: Oilsands Review, Renovation Contractor, Retail News
In the category Website of the Year, the finalists are from ACQ Construire, Advisor to Client, Jobpostings Magazine and Salon Magazine.
For Best Cover, the six finalists are Canadian Grocer, Canadian Lawyer, Precedent, Professionally Speaking, Renovation Contractor and Up Here Business.
For Best Issue of 2013 the finalists are BCBusiness, Canadian Interiors, CMA Magazine (2 nominations), Design Edge Canada, Professionally Speaking (2 nominations) and University Affairs.
Awards will be presented in 22 categories. Tickets are on sale for the 60th anniversary KRW gala on Tuesday June 3 in the Grand Banking Hall at Hotel One King West in Toronto. The event will be hosted by Allan Britnell, managing editor of Renovation Contractor, president of the Canadian Society of Magazine Editors, and frequent contributing writer to a diverse range of publications. He has previously been the host of CSME’s annual Editors’ Choice Awards Gala.
